My real estate practice is guided by a simple premise. I always do what is right for the client.
If you are considering a sale and you should consider a remodel instead, I will communicate that and explain why. If you are buying a house that will be problematic to sell in 5 years, then I will guide you to purchase a salable property with good bones and a healthy appreciation possibility. I have to tell you the truth even if it is not what you want to hear. I can’t live with myself if I don’t. I simply provide the same level of service to all clients because I believe in serving the client’s needs no matter what the price, timing, or location.
